“Triston was such a great guy. He accommodated me when I was in a huge rush and came off very professional and helped me get all my packages shipped out within a tight window. He honestly made my day with how he helped me and how attentive he was. He by himself deserves 5 stars!!”
“Absolutely amazing service, customer service, friendly, professional and FAST! Jarrod and Daniel were amazing!

“Nightmare of a package, FedEx 1-800 agent stated my shipment was damaged to contact the seller. Next day my shipping stated it would be delivered to my requested location. I called to see when FedEx would be dropping off at location; Aaron answered and provided me with the right information compared to those idiots at the call center. Aaron assured he would be on the look out for this important shipment and would call me once he saw it. 40 minutes later I get a call from Aaron. At the store Aaron was a one man team, handled another customer while acknowledging me. Outstanding customer service by Aaron, you don’t see many employees at store fronts go the extra mile. 🤙🏼”
“My sign turned out amazing, but there was a misunderstanding about the price. I was very disappointed until the owner called me directly and made things right. I don’t mind when businesses make mistakes if they make it right. Very impressed!”
“I dropped off a couch, that came in 5 heavy boxes. The staff greeted me right away at the door and they helped carry in the boxes from my trunk. I was shocked at how easy they made my experience! Thank you team, for making my day!”
“Every few years I go to a Fedex Office to print hard copies of my resume. This location in particular is the fastest, and most hands on of any one I have ever visited. Kayla was remarkable, I figured I'd be here for 45 minutes messing with the photo copier and printer but she handled all of it in 3 minutes and was very friendly.”
“Kindest people, every time I come the employees go above and beyond to help me, despite how busy they may be. Great for my business and I’m always treated so well here.”

“I've used vision visual, custom sign company for more than 15 years. We change our sign every five years or so when we add a new doctor. They do excellent work. They are quick and efficient. We have three different types of signs that they work on. I highly recommend them.
