The only reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because of the unbelievably ridiculously long wait. If you have to go to the Spectrum Store for any reason, do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

My client has Spectrum and has had Internet difficulties the past couple of days. They did remote diagnostics and said the router needs to be changed. Tech changed the modem instead of the router yesterday. The tech Jeremy resolved the issue today.
