“Took my whole family of 5 (including me) into the store. I was moving 4 of them to my plan from Verizon. My wife got a new Samsung, my teenage sons got the new iPhone 17s, my 5 year old daughter got a new kids watch, they even threw in a new tablet for me (same price whether I got the tablet or not). Everything went so smoothly, we’re saving $150 a month, and we added 2 extra lines that we didn’t have before. And I want to thank the staff member named Ryan. He was so knowledgeable, polite, patient, and an all around excellent employee. His customer service is top notch. Thank you Ryan so much for helping my family today, you are awesome. If the management is reading this, than I think Ryan deserves a raise. Thank you again ?”

“I wished I could give 20 stars.
I dropped my Dish remote earlier and the On/Off and volume buttons did not work. I tried troubleshooting but was unsuccessful.
I assumed I needed to replace the remote and accepted it would cost me.
So I stopped at Satellite, a Dish Network provider and met Zora. Zora could have easily sold me a new remote. Instead, she explained what my problem was without even touching my remote and I did not need to new remote.
I’ll admit, I was skeptical as heck. I thought for certain I’d be returning later.
Well, I followed her instructions and she was right….all is well.
I cannot overstate this next statement, this kind of honesty is unbelievably rare.

Installation was seamless and the crew had such great attitudes. They answered all of my questions and walked me through step by step in the app so I knew how to navigate pausing devices ? 10/10 I definitely recommend Highline! As soon as they finished setting it up, all of my devices immediately transferred to the new router with ZERO hassle. My service is so great. Ran multiple speed tests out of disbelief and I am extremely satisfied.”
