I should have read the reviews first. I reserved a car online. Then I reserved a hotel. Guess what happened next..... I get a call saying that dollar car rental is out of cars. The woman didn't try to help me find another car, or even apologize. I will not be using dollar car rental ever again.

At no point in the rental process was I told to take photographs of the car and then to take photographs of the car again when I returned it. As a result, I am being charged for damage. I did not create.

This company is a scam! I haven't even driven the car yet, and I had a bad experience. I called and made a reservation. They took my money but gave me no confirmation number. I called saying it is not in the system. Now I have to dispute it with my bank. Hopefully, I can get my money back.
