Nobody answers the phone. Extra charges on bill. Poor service etc. Showed up and lady is on the phone texting. Some older lady just standing around whikenive called 6 times.

Very pleasant experience. Easy to access, quick in and out, nice vehicles! I was pleasantly surprised. It is located inside of the actual building which makes it even better. Multiple key returns to choose from as well. I do wish it was labeled Dollar as not everyone knows Hertz is the same .
