Very easy rental experience for my family. We were upgraded to a larger vehicle than we reserved which made the backseat road trip much nicer for my three kids. Really pleasant staff at both Grand Junction, CO and Las Vegas.

Jessica is great. I called on the phone as I was worried about getting in really late on a delayed flight. Jessica already knew and was waiting. When I got there, she was really funny and cool. Nice person to meet at the end of a long, long day of traveling.
