I was looking for a specific Sketcher slip on shoe style. A very helpful young man said he didn't think the store carried it but walked me to what they had. I really appreciated the good customer service and will go back because of that.

I’ve been to several stores in the Mesa mall today and Famous footwear had the only employees that greeted me! I’ll add well they were checking costumers out. That says a lot about and makes me want to Make purchases when the store has costumer service skills.

We visited at 1:45 on Monday 06/02/25 and the man who helped us gave us exceptional service and was very attentive. He made it his goal that we left happy and he definitely succeeded. He did an amazing job.
