“Our shopping experience was over all great, we were shown exactly what we asked for instead of being persuaded into something else. Didn't feel pressured or anything by the experience, just well informed. We shopped around town but ended up going back.
We haven't received the mattress yet, but they seem to have lots of steps in place to make sure you're satisfied with the purchase, such as a trial and mattress guarantee, which are great perks!”

“You can really tell the difference from a family owned store and a big box store especially when you walk into this place. Mason was absolutely wonderful, he was honest and patient. If he didn't know the answer he was quick to acknowledge he didn't know and that he would find out in that moment. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything and was able to take the time to find the perfect mattress! Also, accidentally found amazing pillows and can't wait to try them (Ice Cloud Mid Loft, if anyone is interested!!) Thank you Mason and the America's Mattress Family!”
