“While waiting on hold at my LARGE bank and later again at my LARGE credit union, I started thinking there must be a better way.... Started calling and visiting local/regional banks/cus and was told my wait time would be OR take a seat someone will be with you in...... Called Rio Grande Federal Credit Union and was able to speak to a banker nearly instantaneously. Super friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer my questions w/out putting me on hold or transferring me to another department(WHAT?!?!) I have had EXTRAORDINARY service at the branch AND over the phone when I needed something. If you like waiting on hold, seeing someone different every time, speaking to a call center-then this is NOT the place for you. However-if you want your banking to be easy w/out long holds or call centers-check out RGFCU.”
