“Hello Reviews Readers! Okay first off I'd like to start by saying I'm not a huge fan of going to the mall. However sometimes it's a good thing. Today I needed some slip resistant shoes. So I Googled it and after research I realized the Boot Barn was going to be my destination today. I was searching for a specific shoe that I had seen online. I couldn't find them on the shelf so I went to the front desk to ask for help. That's where Derek and the other representative started to help me. They told me that they didn't carry that specific shoe. Derek recommended an alternative shoe for me to try on and they fit perfectly. I think it's important to have good customer service and today Boot Barn and their courteous & knowledgeable employees proved that in a bunch of different ways. I would recommend Boot Barn Grand Junction at the Mall to anybody looking for a great pair of cowboy boots or work shoes. Head on down to the Grand Junction mall and visit Boot Barn today you'll be glad you did!
One thing I really like about the store besides the amazing selection and the knowledgeable & helpful staff is that the Boot Barn has an outside door to get in/out of their store so you don't have to walk through the mall.”
“Shoe shopping with my teenage son is a typically dreadful experience. I’m not sure which one of us hates it more. I can never get him to choose a style or try on more than one size. Today we went to famous footwear. We headed over to the wall and after I got him to show a tiny bit of interest in a pair I grabbed a size and told him to try them on. As I sort of walked away to ease the tension I knew was coming, Antwan asked me if he could “check on” my kid. They chatted about styles and he asked helpful questions, and listened to my kid. I was able to leave them alone and go try on shoes for myself. They picked out a style and had tried multiple sizes! When we left the store with shoes for each of us my kid told me that was “the best shoe buying experience he ever had!” I am super grateful for Antwan stepping in and dealing with my teen, and Noelle for her help with my shoes. You are both awesome, thanks for making our day!”
“Wow Amazing selection! Went over to see if they had any Chucks in my size (13) and in all black with low expectations... I was wrong- They DID have them along with a large selection of other Chuck Taylor's as well as a huge selection of Adidas, Nike, etc. Very Happy.”

“Some of the poor ratings are about how they found the same shoes cheaper elsewhere. The price reflects him repeatedly tweaking the until they are perfect. Be prepared to have them adjusted several times. I bought a pair then he adjusted them and it was an improvement yet I still had very sore feet this happened several times and I became a bit fed up and thought I would need surgery as my Doctor said. Then the last adjustment and my feet have had no pain for years. Buying shoes from here is a bargain when you have foot pain.”

“We took my mom in to Tradehome to purchase some shoes for her birthday. Our mom/Nana is always on her feet and needed something with great support. The experience from beginning to end at Tradehome was amazing! Their entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They ask questions to their customers so they can understand their needs, they take the time to measure and fit the customers foot accurately, and they have this cool techy machine that easily runs these tests on the customers foot as well! My mom was on cloud nine and literally felt like she was walking on clouds when we left. Not only did my mom get a new pair of good comfortable shoes, she also left with insoles and slides for the summer. And a few other family members got some new kicks as well;) go see the staff at Tradehome in GJ! They are the BEST!”
