“There were plenty of machines available. I haven't used a laundromat in a while and attendant was able to offer assistance. I did several rugs in one load, so that was awesome.”

“I started coming here almost 2 years ago. Although it's more expensive than most other laundry's here in Greeley, it was always well kept and clean. Even though doing laundry is kind of a pain it was least a decent place to come do it with an attendant to keep an eye on the place and exchange tokens and quarters back to cash.They started a downhill slide when they cut back on the hours and attendant was on duty. Understandable with labor shortages. Still pretty clean but more of a hassle to exchange tokens. Now wouldn't exchange quarters though.Then they locked the bathrooms. Had to ask the attendant to unlock it. Always fun to interrupt the attendant working just to gain access to the bathroom.Raised the prices due to rising costs of utilities. I can understand that one. Already the most expensive place but it's still a clean and safe place to go.Tonight I finish doing my laundry, take my tokens to the attendant to exchange for cash and am informed they will no longer be exchanging tokens for cash. When I express shock and surprise at this I'm told basically that she doesn't care and doesn't want to hear it. That's fine there's other places that I'll go do business with.It's a shame. The owners had a really good deal going here and seemed as though they actually cared about how people were taking care of. I wonder what changed.Mike, Thank you for the reply. The fact that you took the time to reply falls in line with the service that I had grown accustomed to here. I was not aware that y'all had vandalism in the bathrooms. Sadly some people just ruin it for everybody.”
