Our salesman's name was Michael. The owner is very lucky to have this kind, loving, patient, good listener, and knowledgeable young man. This salesman and his owner truly care for their customers feet and getting the right shoes and insoles. My wife and I will now be lifetime customers of this shoe store. “This 5 star review is strictly for the excellent work and customer service from Ayden. My wife had walked in about 10 minutes ahead of me. She was being helped by Ayden while I walked to the men's wall to look at the shoes. I found one I liked and needed assistance. Again, Ayden was busy helping my wife, while the 2 other employees only worried about each other, gossiping and even distracting Ayden as he was working. They did not even look in the direction of any customers in the store. My wife knew I wanted help and asked the 2 talking employees, do you work here? They responded yes, and she said, well he wants help while pointing at me. The female rolled her eyes so hard. The male was rude right off the bat also. Said they don't have my size and that was it. My wife then directed me to Ayden, who immediately turned my experience in the right direction. He helped me by letting me know he could order my size possibly, and once confirmed he could, I made the purchase. That little bit of effort brought another sale, but even better, will bring me back again. You almost lost a customer because the horrible customer service from other said employees. BTW, I was in today Around 1:45.”

“Love the clothing selection and variety of boots. But I went in for a cowboy hat. While they had plenty, they were all the same exact style (cattleman). And not the style I was looking for (pinch front).

“The work boots require resoling and black dyeing. The resoling service is currently priced at $140, with an additional $30 for dyeing. This contrasts with the option of purchasing a new pair for $359.99, which would also incur a $30 dyeing charge. This represents the third pair of Red Wing boots I have owned. My professional background includes experience as a Schwan's representative in South Dakota and work in the oil fields across North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, and Utah. This is the first pair I have chosen to have resoled.”
