“This was our first time in a Red Wing, in search of some durable, safety-toe shoes for my husband, who has had trouble finding well-fitting shoes in the past, and it was a wonderful experience.We were helped by Hailey, who got a scan of my husband's feet so we had a better idea of the size and width he needed, and where he puts pressure on his feet. She did a wonderful job of explaining the various product lines and features, and she was attentive without being obtrusive. For example, she noticed us discussing the look of a boot with a black protective cover over the toe, which we thought was nice for the protective aspect but didn't have the look he preferred. She pointed out that they offer a clear protective coat for the toe of the shoe as well and got us the price quote for that. She was very receptive to answering all of our many questions.We were very impressed with the product selection and definitely found some excellent options for my husband, but Hailey was also very understanding when we weren't prepared to purchase that day, due to the price. Hailey did not make us feel pressured to buy, or as though we had wasted her time. We understand that these boots will be a great investment, have a wonderful warranty, and will provide my husband with the longevity of wear that other brands have lacked.Though we didn't make our purchase that day, we experienced excellent customer service, got all the information we needed, and are looking forward to returning when we're ready to invest in those boots!”

“I like most of the variety in this store. I like to just "shop" the store to see a 'find'. Many things in the shoes and handbags area are disorganized and messy. I like to look for kitchen items, glassware, dish drainers, etc. Their art and decor looks same-o. I like the Fort Collins store better, more decor.”
