“Seriously one of the best businesses out there! I have a Rivian and this is the only place you can go that isn’t Rivian to do glass repair. I stopped by to make an appt and Leslie the manager worked with my insurance company right then to get it squared away and made my appt for a few days later. They tinted the windshield before my appt so my install of the new windshield was super fast. Also great pricing and everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere but here! Wish I would have known about them when I got my car tinted the first time. Thank you guys so much!”

“I've had nothing but good experiences with this business. I received a windshield replacement a few months ago at a fair price. They came to my residence and the work was done in a timely manner. Since then I was able to bring my vehicle in twice for chip repairs at no cost to me and it was very easy and fast. On the 2nd repair, they noticed that the windshield was not sitting properly and they came out to repair it or replace it entirely. They were able to repair my existingwindshield very quickly with no issues and at no cost to me other than a little time. “This place is awesome! My 23 f350 panoramic sunroof exploded while driving down the highway. The dealer was giving me the runaround talking about it be 2 weeks before it could be taken care of ??♂️ and it might not be covered under warranty. I have a call in the forward to complain about that but we'll see what happens. My insurance agent found this place. I called and they said they could get me in the next day. I took it in and they had it done in 20 minutes! I'm super happy with the service and timeliness. I would highly recommend. They don't accept insurance, however my insurance company reimbursed me up to my deductible.”

“Recon Center was amazing, we will definitely be coming back. I found them via Reddit when looking for an interior detailer within our budget & the time constraints we were under. Their name was the only business recommended by several different users & on more than one post. After taking our own car to Recon Center it is clear why they were so highly recommended.
Not only did Recon have our car interior & upholstery spotless(even getting a stain out our previous detailer wasn’t able to) but the entire process was easy & stress free. We emailed them on a Sunday night outside of operating hours & they were quick to respond with answers to our questions. Once we booked they communicated throughout the process, including texting photos when the car was ready. Not to mention they were able to do such amazing work in a few short hours. Safe to say we will bringing all our vehicles here in the future”

He and Alex were waiting for me when I arrived and did their best to resolve my issue while mind melting with me about any possible solutions.
I am thankful for their time and efforts and I plan to return with my wife’s vehicle to repair her hail damage we’ve been putting off.”

“Working with Classic Collision was the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. The staff were friendly and respectful and kept me updated on changes and progress related to the repairs and the insurance claim associated with it. The whole repair process took quite a while, but it was fully due to delays and slow approvals from the insurance carrier the claim was being handled under. Classic was great and took proactive steps to be ready as soon as the approvals came through so that everything could be done as quickly as possible.
In addition, my car was in their lot during a big spring hail storm, and Classic called customers the next day to offer to cover a portion of any damage from the hail, which is really appreciated.
Finally, I had asked them to fix a small issue unrelated to the claim, and I would pay for it separately. After the initial estimate, they told me that the majority of the cost would be for the part that needed to be replaced (almost $600), to swap it out would be super easy and quick. However, when I showed up to pay, they told me they ended up not needing to purchase the new part, so they did the fix and didn't charge me.
I think the biggest hope when looking for an auto body shop for anyone is to find somewhere that is both honest and capable. I found that shop at Classic Collision. Should I need any future repairs (hope not!), I'll definitely be going to them.”
