They said I didn’t need anything the dealer recommended but showed me a belt that was cracked ($300) which wasn’t on the report. It’s been a long time since I was happy getting my car fixed.”

“5 stars for Chad the manager who helped me tremendously when I was in the automatic car wash, letting the conveyor belt take my car through and the car in front of me had her brakes on and our cars collided. I was excited for a fun car wash experience with my young child and it was anything but that. The shock of colliding with another car with zero visability due to soap and large blue brushes on the windshield and flashing lights was a shocking and startling experience. Let me just say that Chad came to my rescue. He was kind, knowledgable, calm, and explained exactly what needed to be done next. Luckily there were no physical injuries at all and no major damages. But I didn’t even know it was possible for cars to collide with each other inside an automatic car wash. Luckily I had caught everything on video showing the front car’s brake lights on, my car in neutral, and also video of my interaction with the fabulous staff. At first I didn’t ever want to return especially with how upset my child was. But now that I am over the shock and understand how it happened, I feel better and will definitely come back. The manager gave me a free car wash coupon and was very kind and apologetic and reassured me that they conduct safety checks every morning. I feel reassured and happy!”
