“UPDATE:I was contacted earlier this year by a Bellco Manager named Jennifer Bobbin. She introduced herself and asked me to tell her my story in detail. I explained at length about my horrible past experience with Bellco that resulted in my credit being destroyed [due to constant miscommunication about a mutual debt that I had no control over].Jennifer said she had had the opportunity to look over the years long information in my file and she agreed that a serious mistake had been made. She said there was little she could do about the past, but she did have the authorization to update my file to paid in full, and delete the charge offs to my credit score.I just want to say here that Ms. Bobbins really stood above the rest of the folks I've dealt with over the years. She was professional, caring, honest, and really on top of things with my situation. She gave me updates along the way and spoke to the credit reporting agencies on my behalf. Needless to say, within the next 3-4 months or so, my credit score reflected close to what it should have been before the incident that destroyed it.As such, I will say that over the years, Bellco's customer service has improved dramatically - at least in some departments. I truly hope they continue to hire individuals such as Jennifer Bobbins to handle customer issues from here on out. Thank you for your help, Jennifer - you've renewed my faith in Bellco Credit Union!”

I never miss paying my bill and it just seemed like it was never going down so I went to Zing credit union on Mineral off of Broadway. Ms. Yaumelis Gonzalez helped me and she did a tip notch job . Id give her 100 stars if I could. She looked into my loan from. Westlake and I formed me I was paying on a 20% loan. She got to work on refinancing my vehicle and got me a sweet refinancing percentage. She was easy to work with, she does all the leg work, took care of every detail and made the process very easy. So I have high praises for Zing Credit Union.”

“I just set up a bank account here. The place has a nice, open, friendly ambience. I didn’t make an appointment, just walked in and I was being helped within minutes, no wait time really.
Veronica, the lady who helped me, was excellent. Very thorough. She basically did everything in the setup including getting into the mobile and web versions of the accounts on my phone, and various choices to be made in different account options etc.
I walked out with everything working on my phone and a physical debit card. It’s a nice card with what I assume are the Rocky Mountains on it. She also sorted a credit card application which will come in the mail. I left with a folder of info on things.
All very professional, the app has all the functions you’d expect, maybe more than a larger bank, transfers, direct deposits. I just got the Simply Free Checking which has no charges, no min balance, I don’t need a box of cheques or anything, just the app.
One opens a savings account too and puts $5 in it, which is a credit union thing. Apparently credit unions do good interest, no idea. They have CDs and such, I was looking for the basics. You need an ID and something with your address on it.
Nothing here says dinky bank, all professional but friendly, they seem to have covered all the bases for what I was looking for. Definitely a better service than a larger bank for sure and less of a wait time.”

“I appreciate ACU for having consistently great rates and allowing loan skip a pay easily for the trying times. Customer service is typically friendly, although I had a difficult time getting kindness or professionalism while communicating with Michael Summers. I would love to handle all of my banking needs through ACU but I just don’t have the time or patience to navigate their various less than subpar softwares. Between the very busy, klunky and poor layout of their website, the very limited functionality of their mobile app, and having to pay my loan payment on a completely different third site it’s very time consuming and somehow there’s a fourth online banking portal which is the only place you can see your loan terms, balance, etc. I love the idea of the bank and the benefits but its software inconsistencies and mess have stopped me from doing further banking there.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Star Tech Federal Credit Union and Mystic Mihalick in particular.
When my credit was not at its best, Star Tech still treated me with respect and gave me a very fair auto loan rate. That alone would have been enough to earn my appreciation, but their customer service went far beyond that.
Later, after I left the credit union, I had an issue with a dealership that needed proof the title was clear and that everything had been handled correctly on Star Tech’s end. Mystic, the president of the credit union, personally went above and beyond to help me get the documentation and clarity I needed. She was responsive, helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me solve the problem.
I have honestly never experienced customer service this good from a bank or credit union. Star Tech FCU treated me like a person, not an account number. I’m very grateful for the way they handled both the original loan and the follow-up support afterward.
