I didn't wait long, 1 hr total for physical. Thing is as well that this practice is now Mednow so with new boss, hopefully and good changes. All in all, I had to praise these 3 ladies. “Dr Cribbs has literally saved my life. Several times. Never had a better doctor. Doubt I ever will have better.I wish they would have stronger front office people. Julie was amazing. And I am sure with time the newer people will grow.The dedicated primary care model is no longer new. But these folks have been in the front. And the work Dr Cribbs does certainly shows the concept works. With stronger staff this should be a 10/5 review. But I’m leaving the 5/5 because they deserve it!!”

If you have questions write them down beforehand. You will get them answered. This is in contrast to the approach of, I can see you today for this one thing, then we will make an appointment for some other thing. You can actually make some progress with a little planning.”

“Steven Chae was my pediatrician in 2009 until I had my first child in 2018 and he’s now my children's pediatrician. He’s had the same 2 nurses since I’ve been a patient and their whole team is nothing less of amazing. He’s responsive, dedicated, caring and my children take to him very well. There are tons of misleading reviews and they mainly targeted at his political propaganda which honestly, has no affect on his care for the patient(s). Any question, comments or concerns have always been first priority to Dr. Chae! I LOVE him and his team!!”
