“I had a great experience with David at Mile High Coin and Stamp. I found myself in between jobs, so decided to turn loose some inherited items from my grandmother including some old coins and a large amount of silverware (tea sets, forks, knives, misc.). Knowing roughly what these items were worth retail before I went in, he gave me a very fair deal and even x-rayed some items he was on the fence about to gauge their silver content. He also explained a lot about the items and watermarks as I had questions. Very knowledgable and helpful! I would recommend all-the-way to anyone for a consultation about your items.”

“I'd been buying my bird seed at a big box store. Initially used the cheap stuff but it just attracted mice to the seeds the birds would reject. Eventually migrated to a no-mess sunflower only seed which was increasingly expensive and out of stock. Then i visited Wild Birds Unlimited who showed me several options that would attract a wider variety of birds and for a reasonable price. This is my go-to store now!”

“I was just visiting Denver and wanted to visit a quilt shop. Everyone welcomed me into the store, and I was helped to buy some fabric specific to Colorado.The best thing about this shop is that they buy other people's stash and sell it for $7.00 per yard. Of course, you have to take the colors they have vs having it in every color out there, but that's not a huge deal unless you're shopping for a specific color.If I lived in Colorado, this would become my go-to store.”

“I took my first lesson in 2019 at the Lamb Shoppe and have not stopped going since. I have found the staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable not only in the classes they teach, but in helping everyone out who somehow (!!) makes a mistake. Patience doesn't even begin! And they have always been very, very helpful in my choices of projects and yarns. The doors are always open for people to come in, sit down and knit or crochet in a very friendly environment. A neighborhood store with local owners and talent. What more could you want? Nothing, in the case of the Lamb Shoppe!”

“First visit here: was welcomed by Patrick and offered assistance upon walking in. Chill vibe, a few shoppers already looking around when we stopped by around 2p on a Saturday. They had an event going on which was a "Board Game Garage Sale" that I heard about on FB. Very nice & relaxed atmosphere. LOTS of games, mini's, paints & brushes, lots of different card decks available for numerous games. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable about the mini's I want to start painting, even offering tips on layered application. Their pricing is super aggressive and even though I use the internet to research options, I never find their prices are higher. “I visited this store (#1189) in Sheridan, CO today. It was my plan to see if I could get some Christmas items to gather up for next season. I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly store manager named Trevor. He was busy packing up boxes. I explained that my Mama lives in an Assisted Living facility and that I like to donate what I can to their Activities Department. I was tickled to death to see the great assortment of decorations available and began to make my plan. Trevor, sensing my obvious level of overwhelming ideas, offered to bring boxes that I could fill with what I wanted. He also told me about wreaths and boxes of ribbon. Long story kinda short, we filled my van to the top with items I can donate!! (And some I can keep as well!) on top of it all, he gave me a very generous discount that humbled me to my bones. I just can't say enough about how happy this will make so many people! This isn't necessarily my "home" store, but you can bet it is now!! Thank you Trevor and thank you Michael's for taking care of your community Rhonda Glenn”
