“When we checked in and got our room we were pretty upset to find that the system had assigned us a studio room when we paid for the king one bedroom suite . Jay at the front desk informed us that the room that was sold to us unfortunately was not available so the only way to fix it would be to upgrade us to the two bedroom suite for our stay until Tuesday at no charge . We have a 7 year old son and a bedroom door was very important to us and Jay took the problem we had seriously and took action immediately and showed that he took our problem just as serious as we did . Staybridge is one of my favorite places to stay but this locations ( Especially Jays ) attentiveness to guests problems is unmatched at any hotel I’ve stayed in .”

“Had great experience and great stay last night. The room is requested 2 queens and a couch- was as expected. Slept comfortably and quiet rooms. Lobby was filled great staff and options for food and breakfast. Great location in Highlands Ranch off the highway.”

“I can't complain the staff super friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated but hey you get free nostalgia feeling of a 1960s motel without sleeping on Colfax ave ? So for that what you pay it is good they even renovated a room it has a brand new tv set . This should shut all those up who are wining and complaining how bad this place is . You pay 60$ a night you get a comfortable bed a table with two chairs a fridge and a microwave. Plus a TV for that you should be happy and not complaining otherwise just pay more and get even less down the road .”
