“I just got a unit on March 23rd, I paid for the month but the app said I was being charged again on April 1st. I was running late, stressed and confused. Dawn Marie really took the time to explain it to me and made sure that my payment wouldn't be taken out until the 22nd of next month, like I had been initially told. “Given the quality of the facility, responsiveness of the staff and incredible value in term of cost I fear you may feel this review is a fake. I had a rare Lamborghini waiting to get to a specialist (Marenello Motors) that had a waiting list. I needed the car stored until a slot opened up. Farland restoration took my car here to wait out the delay. after refurbing it for quite some time. These guys nestled the car into a big climate controlled secure facility with a lot to keep it company (lots of interesting cars). I dealt with the staff remotely for several months, they were very chill about billing etc and made it clear I was welcome to visit at any time. I finally got my slot and met with Dennis the manager who helped me get the beast loaded on the truch to got to the specialist. Great team, knowledgeable and helpful. Car was in perfect condition. For what they charge you cannot get a better service than this. Well done I assure you I will be back”

“Excellent customer service, Kendall Anastia, and the team listened carefully while I attempted to plan a long distance move. They made great suggestions and helped pull together my plan. The 26' truck only had 28k miles, and had Bluetooth and 4 cup holders! Important stuff for long distance moves. All in, we saved about 5k moving ourself, including the cost to hire some amazing loading and packing assistance from the folks at MUV (highly recommended as well).”

Smartbox was supportive and helpful as we needed to keep the box for an extended time. We finally finished this week.Stephen from Bailey Moving and Storage just picked up the Smartbox, maneuvering our narrow road, and narrower, hilly driveway - WITHOUT bumping my favorite evergreen tree!? a bit of a feat.
