“We had a couple of units here, a 10x20 for a couple of months and my mom had a 5x10 for a few years now.
We can't express enough how awesome this place and the staff are. BIG shout out to Teresa, Jaymie, and Sherman for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received from each one of them. Which stayed consistent the entire time we were there.
The building was always clean, there were always plenty of carts (metal, functional, USEFUL carts), it has a bathroom that customers can actually use (I'm looking at you Public Storage) and it was kept clean. Locks for units were provided. The lobby was very friendly and cozy, with coffee and water available for customers. The prices were fair and stable (I'm looking at you again, Public Storage).
We're honestly really bummed that when we moved from the area, we had to leave and move some stuff to another storage company. It's just not the same.
Thank you for being so friendly and amazing to my family and I, especially during times of moving. It's never fun for anyone. You all made it so much brighter and simply better. If you ever open a location in the Lakewood/Green Mountain area, please let me know!”

Smartbox was supportive and helpful as we needed to keep the box for an extended time. We finally finished this week.Stephen from Bailey Moving and Storage just picked up the Smartbox, maneuvering our narrow road, and narrower, hilly driveway - WITHOUT bumping my favorite evergreen tree!? a bit of a feat. “I rented a motorcycle trailer to pick up a new motorcycle that I bought. Great experience overall. The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't lock the trailer to my hitch. It was an old school tongue with no way to secure it safely making it easy to steal. Took me 30 minutes to pick up and 5 minutes to drop off and was only $45 for 2 days. Trailer was in good shape and towed very nicely. No issues at all.”
