“Philip could not have been nicer. He let me wait in the warm cab while he hooked up my car, offered to drive me home (way out of his way at the end of his shift) and when I refused he waited with me for my Uber so I could stay in the warm cab.”

“Terrible customer service reps. Took 48 hrs to get from Phoenix to Denver because of greyhound repeated screw-ups. Took us to Amirillo to catch a bus that didn't exist. Spent the night on Albuquerque station floor with no compensation or food. Greyhound stole 28 hrs of my life I won't get back and they don't care. Never ride again. Don't reccomend. Walking is faster and less stress. Terrible organization. Run by fools”

“Justin and team were absolutely fabulous! He made the experience with the move across country extremely easy and stressful free. He is very thoughtful and had amazing customer with my last minute changes due to some unfortunate events on my end. All in all, I would recommend him and his company to anyone!”
