“We had a goat in labor that was having serious complications. We called everywhere and none of the large animal vets could see her (it was a Sunday, very early morning). VEG picked up the phone, agreed to see her even though they don't do goats, and took great care of us. Our doe had to be put down, which we expected, but they were lovely and took good care of us. It meant so much to us that they were the only people who would end her suffering. Thank you VEG and Dr. Tara!”
“This is without question the best vet I have ever been too. I have seen 3 vets with 2 dogs here. Dr Andy is so kind and compassionate I can’t even put it into words. My 14 year old Yorkie is a very complicated case and Dr Andy took so much time and patience to hear us out and come up with an action plan my wife and I were blown away. My dachshund has seen Dr Llewy and Dr Jeannie both multiple times and they are both outstanding. I will never go anywhere else”

“My dog and I have always had a great experience here. The front desk is SO friendly and somehow they seem to remember every animal that visits this clinic.
Dr. Herman performed Athena's spaying procedure. I was really nervous leaving her there, but she did great. I was so grateful for the before surgery consultation, the midday update from the desk, and when I picked her up she was a bit sleepy, but perfect. She recovered VERY quickly and really didn't ever seem to experience noticeable discomfort.
I have moved out of the area or I'd still be going here, but if I end up moving closer I will for sure be back.”
“Our kitty, Mystery, was a stray. He has had some minor problems & All Cat Clinic has addressed those issues to keep him healthy. They also answer all of our questions completely so we understand everything about Mystery's health needs. They are very gentle when handling & examining Mystery. This is really important to us.

In particular, go see Dr Becky Graf if you can! She’s been our vet for more than a decade, and we followed her to Urban Vet. Dr Graf is the kind of person who takes care of your whole family, humans and pets alike. She always explains clearly what’s going on, and every option you have, but also takes into account what’s actually best for your pets quality of life and what you yourself can manage. When I was young and broke, that meant telling me my cats would need to get their teeth cleaned way ahead of time so I could get the money together. Now, with very elderly cats and a basically stable bank account, that’s telling me an invasive procedure might be too hard on their hearts, here’s some gentler options. (She also always calls personally with test results and follow ups to explain them and to plan next steps).
The more knowledgeable and informed we are, the better we can take care of our fur babies. Dr Graf makes sure we’re all working together to give our pets their best lives.”

“They were very helpful when I took my cat in. We went straight into a room where Marcia came in about 2 minutes and asked why were there. She was quickly followed by Dr. SUMMER. Who explained everything we could want to know She got clarification of what we wanted. And my cat was scooped up by Marcia and all the things we had wanted done were completed. And my cat was brought back to me untraumatized. I would highly recommend the Lakewood Veterinary Hospital. They are very loving and gentle with every pet I've seen coming into their facility.”

“Everyone was very kind and they treated my cat well!! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the lack of cleanliness. The tech that was doing my cats cleaning would go back and forth between my cats mouth and using her cell phone without changing her gloves. The mouth can easily get infected which can be dangerous, so that was disappointing to see and I hope that's something they work on! Other than that, it was quick and a great price compared to what I've paid at the vet.”

“We brought our Pekingese here to rehabilitate following the paralysis of his hind legs. After each visit we saw progress and eventually he started moving his legs again. My husband and I celebrated and cheered him on. We couldn't believe his success with CRCG! Just a couple months into the treatment I experienced a life changing unimaginable event and couldn't bring our peki in for some time. When I returned with the support of my family, determined to get him walking again, CRCG made it their mission to get him active again and they did just that. They compassionately held and guided him, having an abundance of patience with me. Because of them he was able to walk and hike and explore again making us all so proud. By helping him, CRCG helped me through the tremendous pain I was experiencing. They honored me for the time I poured into his recovery and gave me hope. My sweet little baby did so well for several months and then he had another emergency which took him from our lives. When I contacted CRGC to let them know we'd need to cancel our sessions, I experienced sincerity and an abundantly empathetic response. A couple weeks later the Director of Donor Relations at CSU College of Veterinary Medicine reached out to let me know CRCG had made a donation in my sweet boy's name. That meant the world to me.”

“I was sitting a doggie who appeared to have ear mites, and the owners were out of the country. They got me in on a Saturday the same day I called. They were so kind and gentle. Turns out it was a bacterial infection. They cleaned its ears and got him the medicine to help him get better. I saw improvement by the next day, and the puppy was back to being happy!”
