“I have been taking my VW Touraeg here for 6 years now. The team is very friendly, it's a great family run business, has provided excellent service for my car, and has always been very honest and transparent around costs. Notably, the team has even advised me on things that are 'nice to haves' and don't necessarily need to be fixed - you never get this kind of honesty from the dealerships. Highly recommend.”
“These guys killed it. Bought a brand new double cardan shaft from Tom Wood's and started having a high speed vibration issue. These guys fixed the balance and it's buttery smooth at all speeds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Not just the best place to take your RV for repair, it's the only place. Can't even fully describe how unprofessional every other place I tried to give my business to was. Still waiting on call backs, and estimates from several other places for months now (like 6 months in some cases). Thankfully I finally found Diversafied. They handled everything timely, and professionally. The staff at the front desk will try to ignore you as long as possible hoping to wait out their coworkers in an attemped to win the who can do the least amount of work contest, but once your past this level everything is great. You just have to have a little patience up front. Once you get past these gals you will be rewarded with an excellent experience.”
“These guys are the very best around! Very knowledgeable and professional and fair. They go the extra mile and put customers first. That’s a hard thing to find these days. I won’t go anywhere else.”

“I needed a tail light assembly for 2015 Mitsubishi, they had the part, they packed it perfectly, and it arrived faster than expected, and at a competitive price, really can't think of how it could go any better.”

“Great place to bring your RV or motorhome for generator service! Travis, at Cummins customer service, was able to save me money by same-day service, and overachieving results under the estimate. I highly recommend using this company for all your power generation needs!”
“Update: I did buy my tires from LKQ. Ken (manager) started following up, saying he knew what happened and it's not the way LKQ does business and he'd like a chance to fix it. He asked if he could take another shot at earning the business (Of course yes - we all win when we support local business) and made an offering that was clearly unprofitable for him, in other words it was obvious his pursuit was only to make it right, not to make money. His offer was so generous that I only took him up on some of it - a chance to show partnership from both sides. In the end, he worked out a deal such that my overall LKQ experience is a win. Sales experts have often said your best chance to earn long term customers is in how you deal with problems. If you ever leave a negative review for a company, make sure it's factual, honest, not sensational and not inflated. It gives you a best chance of finding a long-term win-win partner relationship. Thanks Ken, best of luck with the business.
Lesson learned: When LKQ gets a good matched set of tires, they are purchased almost immediately, like same day. Call in and ask how to best get in line for the next set.
Original review, now obsolete: This company was so inconsiderate of my time. I was looking for used drive tires. I called 3 separate times to ask questions, mainly how to best work with them, especially since their site shows no date codes so there's really no way to shop/purchase. I filled out the Information Request on their site and emailed one of the counter sales people with his permission. It was all to say that before I drive 3 hours roundtrip, can we just assure that I'll be able to make a purchase. Filling out the information in writing was to allow them to pull the info together at a time convenient for them. They assured me yes they have enough tires, and said they can't keep the site up to date, and just come look at them. Due to Denver traffic, it ended up being a 5hr total trip, including an hour on site flipping tires to see date codes. When I arrived, I said I was looking for used drive tires. The guy at the counter said "well do you know what you want because we have thousands". Sounded promising. They ended up having something like 120 (my best estimate). 80% were retreads, 10% were marked as "used" (not retread) but were still retreads, and of the remaining 10%, nearly all of them were 2017 to 2019. So there ended up being about 6 non-matching tires that really could be used on the road other than trailer. Most other companies list the date code on the web page - a tire has nearly no value without it. I get it - used tires aren't big money, but isn't a $1200 sale worth just a little effort? It is elsewhere. I did everything I could think of to try make this easy for them and now I blew a lot of mileage and 1/2 day of PTO.”
“I will continue to use this place for any future repairs! Staff is incredibly kind and will update you along the way. They also have so much sympathy for how much an accident sucks. 10/10 repair shop!!!!!!”
