“My check engine light came on and I was panicking because I needed to be somewhere in an hour and my car was flashing various lights and shutting down. I rushed in and Emerson ran the diagnostic on my engine, discovered the problem, and fixed it all within about 5 minutes when I would have paid a hefty fee to take it into a shop for them to tell me that my battery cable had come loose. As someone who does not know a lot about vehicles, I rely on the experts and mechanics at shops like these and I thoroughly appreciate Emerson's time to help me out and to calm me down when he could see that I was starting to spiral. We had a lovely little conversation about our pets afterward and everyone in the shop was very kind. Keep doing what you're doing, gentlemen.”

Not only that, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, there was another customer who came in and was rude and disrespectful from the beginning, and the team didn’t miss a beat. He switched out a battery for me & checked on a few other issues. Things most people wouldn't do, he did. I believe he is a Regional or District Manager, which makes sense. I took my car to Advanced Auto Parts to check the battery for free. It was time for a replacement and the young man even helped me put it in. I could not have done it myself so he was my hero. “I went to this O’Reilly‘s location this morning to correct a dead battery issue possibly turned out. He tested all of my equipment. The battery the auxiliary battery for the start stop the alternator and the starter. Christopher came out and located at the negative terminal was loose. He tightened it up vehicle started up no problem.
