“Over 1000 miles from home and our Cummins RV generator quit working. Despite having issues with the scheduling department, the onsite technicians were empathetic to our situation and helped us get our generator running again. Travis and Carlos basically saved our vacation and our dogs from the sweltering summer heat and I cannot thank them enough!”
