As a Marine veteran, his professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail really stood out from the moment we started shopping. He made our purchase of a Samsung Bespoke AI refrigerator completely seamless and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand our needs, walked us through all of our options without any pressure, and thoroughly explained the extended warranty (which I highly recommend after hearing everything it covers). What impressed me most was his personal approach. He treated us like people instead of just another sale, answered every question with confidence, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision before we left. It was honestly one of the best appliance purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Because of Joel, we’ll be coming back to this Lowe’s for all of our future home improvement projects. I stopped in the appliance department for assistance with an online order I had placed and Sharon went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the best possible outcome for my situation. After she assisted me, I was much happier with my purchase. So much so that I decided to add another appliance to my order. I went back a couple of days later to adjust the order and she was able to help me, once again. I really appreciate the time Sharon spent and her patience while I made my decisions.”
