We run a rescue for primarily poultry and they are our go to.To the staff of this store as a prior manager of a retail outlet you are an amazing and wonderful team, your customer service is delightful because it comes from bonds we build. It's because of this hometown feeling here I will keep driving 40 mins to here. I wouldn't trade my monthly trips for the world.”

“I bought a high end BOSCH dishwasher at the Brighton, Colorado Lowes. The salesman gave me a brochure that said there was an up to $300 rebate on installation. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday but when I tried to apply for the rebate online, my sales information wasn't accepted. I spend hours calling Loews Customer Service and rebate, BOSCH Customer Service and rebate. Each said it was the other's problem. I turned out that that particular dish washer actually didn't qualify for the rebate that had been handed to me. I finally went to the Brighton Lowes where I bought the dishwasher and talked to the store manager, Allegra. She understood that I was sold the dishwasher with the understanding of the rebate and refunded me the amount of the installation on my credit card. It's not often that you find a store that does the right thing like this for a customer.”

“The best Homedepot in the Denver metro area. They went way out of their way when I asked about a Halloween animatronic. No rude comments that I got from 3 other Homedepots. They got on the phone called someone looked at me and said Jay will get it down for you. This HD is further and out of my way but I'll be making the trip.”

“I really like this store and the employees except for the skinny older employee with the blonde ponytail. He is consistently obnoxious to deal with. Today, I had enough of his condescending and rude mouth (some past incidents with him also that I let slide) and I fired back and ended up in a verbal confrontation with him. He ended up saying that he was just ignorant, to which I agreed. Typical bully. When confronted, they back down. I have no room for those who treat others with blatant disrespect. So, other than him, I have received great customer service at this store.”
