“I didn’t realize how bad my steering column was until it was repaired. The prices are very reasonable and the warranty outlasts other shops. The repairs done on my truck were done within a day. They also offer a Lyft and pay for all of it until the vehicle is done. I will definitely be recommending this shop and will continue to use this for all of my repairs and maintenance.
Edit: This place came through yet again. I won’t take my truck anywhere else”

“I came here last year to get my tires and I am not coming back because of the reasonable price because I can’t find cheaper tires I came because the quality of the product and most of all the manager I believe his name is Patrick. He is an elite Service Pro not only did he remember me, even if he didn’t remember me he made notes when I called in that he did and when I came in, he made me feel comfortable at ease made time for me with my busy schedule and even went out of his way to adjust my bumper that have been damaged in the parking lot on my way to see him did not even happen on his property or premises, but he took the liberty of go ahead and buttoning up my rear bumper. When I do need tires for my kids or my girlfriend or anyone in the future better believe I am bringing them to Patrick at Big O tires”

“Joe and the rest of his crew are incredible! We had issues with a previous shop from an accident we didn’t cause. Insurance wouldn’t cover our damages. Joe took our car in and did a full check up to ensure there wouldn’t be any more unexpected surprises for us since we’ve had such bad luck with the previous shop.
He was honest, kind, and did everything he could to try and make the process easy and affordable for us. Anytime we called or needed something he responded immediately and was always available.
He made such a stressful situation so much smoother. My partner and I are moving and driving both of our cars so I took both of them to Joe to get checked and an oil change before we left as well. He reassured us that our vehicles were in good health and didn’t take advantage like other shops would.
I even asked about my tires as I thought they were getting worn and he assured me they’re perfectly fine to get to my destination. He could’ve easily taken my money, but was honest instead.
Both of our vehicles are in excellent working condition now thanks to Joe and his crew. couldn’t be more thankful and highly recommend this shop/location!”
“I went to three other local tire shops in this area and not one of them had the right tire or I had to make an appointment which was three days out. I called Mullen and got an answer on the first ring and the women who answered looked up the tire stayed on the phone with me and told me she had it and I could go right then and get the tire put on the wheel and balanced. I walked in met the women who I talked to "Girl Boss" is her desk plaque name, she said the owner would be there in a few minutes to help me, he shows up takes the tire and has it installed in 15 min since i walked in. Great price amazing service, kind people, and I will recommend this tire shop only because I am that impressed. Kudos to a great "boss" up front and an owner who knows how to treat people and hire gems! I can't tell you what you helped do today for someone who needed some kindness in this world!”

A few years ago I got a set of 4 tires from the warehouse to replace mine. This time I had a screw in my tire. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.”

I needed tires mounted on my class A motorhome and called five other shops for pricing, sometimes getting overinflated prices simply because it’s a motorhome or because I had my own tires. These guys were half the price of the competition, got the job done quickly, and with friendly service. They also have an indoor bay that can accommodate any size rig and a big lot that’s easy to get in and out of. Don’t waste your time anywhere else if you need motorhome tires installed.”

They were very nice and it was the quickest place I have been for service on short notice.
