“They never gave up on the car. I had my daughter’s car towed to the shop because it was close to where it broke down and had no idea what to expect. It took a week (no fault of theirs) and some outside help but they never gave up and proceeded to finish the job within the quoted price. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because communication could have been better. Multiple times I was told someone would call back with an update and I never heard from them. In the shops defense I do understand that we were not the only customers. Keep up the good work!”
