“This is my third vehicle to be either repaired or insurance totaled at the Commerce City location. They run a good shop and their work is excellent. When my then teenage daughter wrecked her first car while driving home from work, I brought to it CARSTAR and told them I wanted to set an example to her and made her pay for the damages. They gave me a fair estimate that my daughter could afford and it’s been running great ever since. This one in photo was damaged by transporter and even though we are not paying for the damage, the most important thing was to get it done right and CARSTAR team did the job. Very happy with their work at the Commerce City location. On an added note, I have another CARSTAR shop within one mile from my house but still choose Commerce City for my vehicles because they are straight shooters.”

“Filled out an online application for a quote on my Nissan Rogue over the weekend. Received a response via text at the end of the weekend, surprisingly. They tried to contact me Monday morning, but I was working. Gave them a call back during break to accept the $400 offer and schedule a pickup time. Pickup window was expected to be 12:30-1:30PM, but no one showed and I didn't hear from anyone during that time frame so I rang their office to confirm if the pickup was still going to happen today in case they might have ran into some complications. Turns out they were just running behind; understandable, here in Colorado you can never be on time.Jose arrived at 2PM, confirmed the vehicle's condition in accordance to what I put on the online application, offered the same cash value they quoted me, then we filled out the appropriate paperwork, afterwards he had me take a quick look inside my car to make sure I didn't miss anything. He also had me double-check the cash amount before I left and then I watched my ride or dies drive away, gone forever. I will miss my silver clunker, but it was time for a new car.Honestly, I wasn't expecting much out of my Nissan Rogue since the value is already so low, like less than $100. So the $400 offer was already a good deal to me, especially since everywhere else was quoting the same. I probably could've sold it for more on the market since it still ran perfectly fine, but I just don't have the time for that. Thank you to CJC for making this much more painless than my new car purchase.”

“Thanks for getting back to me, and helping me work the car out. Service was good, spoke to a John on the phone who was very helpful. Ive modified my review to reflect as I had stated before. These guys contract with city of denver to clear roads after accidents etc. Everyone was decently nice and helpful. Although I had a little trouble getting through on the phone initially. Reasonably priced when compared to other tow companies and past experiences. Just dont leave your car to rack up charges. There are some instances where you can offset the charges you might have incurred, by signing over the car, depending on the damage. I dont have a whole lot more info, but they were kind enough to let me go grab some stuff out of the car after I took care of the charges. Thanks again!”
“U-Haul has problems sometimes, but my U-Box experience was flawless, especially on the Denver warehouse's end. Alexandrea and the rest of the warehouse crew were all courteous, helpful, and prompt. Literally could not ask for better staff.All in all, I got a small apartment worth of stuff (including a fragile old china/curio cabinet) from NJ to CO, safely and conveniently, for ~$1500 total. Estimates for other options ranged from $2500 to $4500.This includes having the box dropped at a house in NJ, picked up a few days later, arriving in Denver in about one week, and then making several trips to the Denver warehouse to unload. (They have multiple options for delivery but for my situation it was easiest to just go to the warehouse.)A couple suggestions if you are thinking about using a U-Box:1. If you have a tight deadline for the container to arrive, you may be playing with fire, as the transit time likely varies. I didn't have a pressing need for anything in the box (I can live without a china cabinet for an extra week), so that removed a lot of stress/uncertainty.2. When packing the box, consider that it is going to get fork-lifted multiple times. If you've seen a professional operate a fork-lift, you have a sense of the kind of acceleration your load will experience. There are tiedown points all over the inside of the box, so use them. Follow the loading instructions or ask someone who knows before you close up your box for shipping.3. Get a combination padlock for the box so that keys don't have to be shipped cross-country too.So basically if you load properly and don't have to stress about transit times, U-Box is a great option. And once it gets to the Denver warehouse it is in very good hands.”
“I have been to many auto body shops but by far this one is the best I have experienced! They kept me in the loop with the steps and how they will proceed with repairs. They even helped me with my headlamps! They finished earlier in the day which helped with my later plans for a Friday! My car was an ok shape when I dropped off meaning dirty in and out. They polished her up in and out plus took great care of her! I mean my car looks new versus used!”

“Motorhome had electrical/brake problems with warning lights and beeping that would not reset or stop. Service Advisor Breanna said she could have a Service Technician on it the next day if I got it to there shop first thing in the morning. Their response was as promised with results and repairs done promptly. I continued on to Nebraska the next day, a happy RV’er. Don’t find people like Rocky Mountain Truck Centers anymore that “do what they say”. Thanks RMTC FOR A GREAT JOB.”

“Highly recommend MJ with Adam Express Towing. Needed assistance getting the car out of our garage when it fell off the scissor jack when changing the tire. He did it! Five stars!! He let me know his ETA, was on time, very respectful, answered all of my questions, carefully got the car up on a jack, replaced the tire inside our garage and got it loaded and towed to our mechanic and met up with me there.
