“These apartments are located in the perfect spot with lots of stores and entertainment nearby. The community is kept clean and is mostly quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff is INCREDIBLE, going so far as to replace my whole front door when there was some damage from a previous tenant. Maintenance is responsive and provides excellent notice for entry and changes, and I greatly appreciate their work.

Office staff and management is passable, but could be better. Emails can be a bit delayed, and certain admin tasks have been done half-heartedly on my lease. Most recently, the community is repaving some of the parking lot, and both communication and organization of this effort was not executed well. Management changed the dates of the plan last-minute, advised that only certain areas of the lot needed work (only for the crew to clear the whole lot anyway), and the initial notice of the work included a note about them towing cars that don't move, which was presented in a preemptively snarky way and was a totally empty threat (I have seen no tow trucks). Stuff like that degrades trust and will lead people to be unwilling to cooperate in the future.

Apart from this one downside, Lucent has been a great place to live, and I hope things continue to be stable and uncomplicated.”

“My family lived at the Lennox for about 2 years and it was the best. They are so wonderful the stuff and owner, understanding, caring, and overall made calling the Lennox great. We really want to go back after being in our rental home with dealing with some issues, so if there was an opportunity for us to go back we would. I felt safe with maintenance always working and around, they were also so helpful, diligent, and quick. The community is also amazing I had a hard time leaving with building so many connections with the neighbors. I very highly recommend to call them your next home if you are looking.”

“My family and I moved into the Bluffs in Oct 2022. We knew that moving into a Garden level unit came with some drawbacks and we proven right with the plethora of issues we had to deal with since moving in. From leaks from the rain, to the upstairs neighbor water heater flooding on us. However, I have to say that the maintenance team has always been super prompt in responding to our work orders and issues. Adam who is the maintenance team leader has been super helpful and super understanding. My family is grateful for him and his teams efforts to make us feel safe and cozy in our home!”
