“I’ve lived here for 3 months and so far I’m super happy with the apartment! It’s updated, high ceilings, and amenities are pretty okay. I do have to say I’ve seen some bad reviews for safety? I walk with a 1.5 year old every day morning and night as well as just me and my dog sometimes super late.. never once have I felt unsafe. Theres literally so many people walking their dogs everywhere. I’ve never seen any homeless people here, much less around lone tree lol. I’ve yet to hear a gun shot, this is not aurora lol. Super close to all shopping amenities and so easy to get on 470 or i25. My only complaint would be that units with indoor entrances do need work. Staff is super friendly and maintenance peeps are cool. 9/10 recommend. Fix the building doors, send a notice about owners with dogs picking up poop and I would say 10/10 for area and price.”
