“I've lived at Solana for two years and have no major complaints. The parking challenges that other residents/former residents mentioned are very real and the noise from C470 for the units located along the highway can be a deterrent for using your balcony/patio areas.The apartments are lovely and as someone who enjoys cooking, I really love having a gas stove to use! The amenities, especially the gym, are wonderful. The pool and spa have been down for varying lengths during my tenancy. However, there was a change in the management staff and they have been VERY attentive to many of the issues/property needs that existed over the last year or so (i.e., pool and spa unavailable, addressing smoking on the property, landscaping updates, ensuring package deliveries concerns were resolved with carriers and residents, enforcing property rules and expectations, etc.). They were amazing during my transfer process, too. I so appreciate them! The maintenance team has always resolved any issues I've reported quickly and with quality and with respect to my time and space. Overall, I feel safe within and around the property and neighborhood. “Some of the best hospitality i’ve ever had when moving into a new complex. Everyone in the leasing office was so helpful and kind. It’s always scary moving to a new place but The Lennox really feels like home. The staff is nice and attentive to their respectful renters. The Lennox is home. I love it here!”

“My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were here for an entire year and would’ve stayed longer is life didn’t have other plans! We were on the third level in a renovated unit - so quiet and SO much room!! Moving to our new space has made us realize how much room our unit at Legacy had. We felt safe there too which was a plus, garbage was close by and we always had parking. The legacy team was SO helpful with the quick move-out we had and was very accommodating to our situation. We will miss this place dearly!”

“My family and I moved into the Bluffs in Oct 2022. We knew that moving into a Garden level unit came with some drawbacks and we proven right with the plethora of issues we had to deal with since moving in. From leaks from the rain, to the upstairs neighbor water heater flooding on us. However, I have to say that the maintenance team has always been super prompt in responding to our work orders and issues. Adam who is the maintenance team leader has been super helpful and super understanding. My family is grateful for him and his teams efforts to make us feel safe and cozy in our home!”
