“I had my bike stolen, which was obviously a horrific experience - my heart dropped out of my chest when I realized it was gone. Of course, I was beyond bummed out and didn't have the means to immediately replace it with a comparable bike. My wife, without my knowledge, went to Trek Highlands Ranch and explained the situation to the amazing staff members. I'm told they seemed just as bummed out as I was, as I had just had this same bike in for service two days before. They arranged an unbelievable deal, allowing my wife to surprise me later that same day with a brand new Checkpoint SL5, which is a significant upgrade from what I had before. The time and effort I had put into my previous bike can never be replaced, and yet they managed to make an awful situation, a not-so-awful one. The whole team here went way above and beyond any expectations, and consequently, I will remember this experience for the rest of my life. They've earned a lifelong customer, and I know they'll earn many more in the future.”
