“I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Target, thanks to the incredible store director, Spencer! I had been searching for a specific item all day, going to two different Target locations that showed it as in stock—only to find out the inventory counts were off. Frustrated and out of options, I went to this Target, where Spencer completely turned my day around.
Not only did he take the time to help me locate the item, but he also went above and beyond by reaching out to another store’s management team to personally request that they hold it for me—something they don’t typically do for customers! His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference.
It’s rare to find customer service like this, and I am so incredibly grateful for Spencer’s dedication. Target is lucky to have such a phenomenal leader on their team! If you’re ever shopping at this location and need help, know that you’re in great hands. Thank you again, Spencer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“This is one of the cleanest and nice bright spaced out Walmart stores in the country. The staff are all friendly and super helpful. Selection of products is good. Has to be one of their flagship stores.”
“This past Sunday, June 9, 2024. I called this bakery at this Walmart location to see if they were able to create me a custom cake as the Walmart in Centennial sent me a text that very same morning stating that they cannot fulfill the order as the cake decorator is sick and cannot do the order; I place the order 6 days before the pick up date. Kaylene was able to make my twins birthday cake for their party and I was so pleased. She did a fantastic job on the unicorn cake as well as the dinosaur cake and she was very polite and kind. She even added my husband name to an already made cake as my husband‘s birthday was on that day too.I had three birthdays in one day and she saved the day.”
“I was shopping in the grocery section. There was an elderly man who seemed a little lost. An employee came over and offered to help. She walked him through his grocery shopping list and helped him pick out all of the items. Her kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed. I don't know her name, but it occurred this morning and she has gray hair in a low ponytail, and she should be recognized by the company for being a seller employee.”
