“I wanted to share an exceptional service encounter I had with Liliya, a sales associate in the women's shoe department. She is a treasure trove of information and pointed out the design qualities of orthopedic and imported shoes, such as the picolinos range, and also quickly picked up on the brands and fashion shoes I was interested in. She was patient, unobtrusive, funny and not one bit pushy. Go to Dillard's on a Saturday, the only day Liliya is working there, to get unrivaled service that I have seldom experienced before.”
“Well stocked for Xmas and nice friendly staff. We went this week and they were restocking for Xmas. To say they have a lot of inventory is and understatement. It has to be the most inventory we’ve ever seen at a Marshall’s and it will be a challenge to keep it well organized. The bathrooms are out of order which is very inconvenient and unfortunately cut our shopping trip short. We will be back soon.”

“ I have always enjoyed my experience at the Park Meadows Nordstrom Grill and have been a regular there for over 10 years.  Their crab bisque is delicious and the French dip is wonderful. They take great pride in their special menus, and I have enjoyed many of those. However, in the last year or two the price of my food has gone up quite a bit. I don't mind paying for good food but the price that I am paying now for the same food that I have ordered for many years seems high. I do understand inflation and that servers should be paid more – it just seems like a lot sometimes. That being said, I will still continue to go to Nordstrom Grill, but perhaps not quite as often. I would highly recommend it to anybody who has not been there. It now falls into my treat category rather than my regular category ”

“I love these stores and wish we had them in Montana. Only thing that was incredibly frustrating was the amount of items that did not have a price on them. I would say 60% of the items in each store I went to, did not have prices on their items. The staff got frustrated when I asked about pricing, mostly because they didn't know either and had to look it up. Other than that, I love these stores!”
“Jocelyn and Diana (I may have the name wrong, but she was in the fitting room helping!) were absolutely amazing today. They went above and beyond to help us find the right sizes for our kids' suits, checking multiple times and pulling plenty of options to make sure everything fit well. Both were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Finding matching suits for three kids isn’t easy, but they made the experience smooth and enjoyable”

“Pork Chop as always is a standout. Dining room is extremely cramped when busy with servers reaching and plating food right over guests. Blow torch used on French onion soup leaves an unpleasant taste, avoid until they improve this.”
