I called the store on Sunday and spoke with Amber, who asked me to come in with the images so she could take a look. When we arrived, she immediately knew what we were there for. After reviewing the images, she quickly got us set up in the system and gave us a clear timeframe for when they would be ready later that same day.
When we picked them up, the mounts were beautifully done. I’m truly appreciative of the excellent customer service, empathy, and care Amber showed during such a difficult time. “We have an older Kyocera that keeps running but Sheldon dropped by about a month ago because he had time and hadn't seen the machine for a while, just to tune it up. Unrelated to the tune up, the unit had a laser cleaner error - Sheldon was on site within two hours and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. The Kyocera has been a great machine but we appreciate the great support from ABT and Sheldon.”

“Love that they are a long-time local Colorado reseller. Truly getting the white glove service here. Also, the VP of sales Tony is a great guy. There are some negative reviews surrounding the Xerox/copier division that I cannot speak to but when looking for intelligible solution architects, managed services, and quick turnaround infrastructure hardware, Lewan does a fantastic job.”
