They even drove me home and picked me back up once my vehicle was ready, that way I didn’t have to sit and wait. I’ve never had such an enjoyable experience getting my oil changed. Will be going to them with all future work!”

“Always a good idea to get a vehicle inspected before you buy it. We took a vehicle to Excel yesterday morning and they spotted some things that prevented us from making a very costly mistake in buying this truck. But beyond that, they communicate via email, text, call. They give detailed information with pictures and recommendations. I'm so impressed with this shop and the staff that runs it! I will take my vehicle to this shop for all its maintenance and repairs. But I feel super fortunate to have them assist me making good decisions on purchasing a vehicle. “This was my first time going to this Les Schwab at this location. My BMW had a flat tire while I was about to run errands so I stopped by here and I was helped by David, however he told me that he’ll take a look at it as soon as he could. I waited for 20 - 30 minutes and my car was still not looked at; I decided to go to the front again to ask how long it’ll be since I had to pick up my younger brother from school.
That’s when Justin came to help me and after talking to him he brought my car right a way to inspect it and upon that he explained the situation and helped replace not only my ripped tire but my other three as well in 30 minutes. I wanted to post this up to thanked Justin for his amazing customer service and quick/efficient service! I really appreciate him for finishing it for me in such a short time! My experience here at this location changed due to Justin’s service and help! Thank you!”
