The store is a great place to stop if you need to buy a small and unique gift and get it in the mail - quick! - or if you need any routine postal services. Besides every kind of mailing supply you can imagine, they've got a wide range of charming gifts. I've been self employed for 25+ years, and it's hard to find a shipping and business support center that is this well run.”

Amazon coordinated a pickup time for a large item that I wasn’t able to accommodate and here I am with a large/heavy object to schlep to ups (with a bum knee no less).
I called ahead as the box the item came in was a bit damaged and needed some doctoring before it went out. Robbie answered the phone with a smile in his voice and confirmed not only was he happy to help me get the item into their store he’d also help re-box the item.
Upon arrival I went in and asked for Robbie and he was quick to help me unload my car of not only the item but also the oversized box. He had remembered my call earlier today and did everything he could to ensure my dream of getting the package boxed/shipped came true.
By the time I moved my car and walked back in the item was boxed up and pretty much ready to go & I was offered a receipt.
Huge huge thanks to Robbie who showed exemplary customer service and care. Couldn’t recommend this UPS location more.”
“Our small business has been looking for a post office for a long time that offers all our shipping companies. We no longer have to drive through the whole city to drop off all our packages, which saves us a lot of time. We can drive directly to the entrance by car, which makes loading and unloading packages much easier. We don't have to wait long to be served, the office is very tidy and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are very glad that we found this post office.”

“Best customer service ever!!!I needed a document printed same day for an event early the next morning and Mary was very accommodating and understanding despite me coming in at 7pmI originally placed my order at Office Depot down the street but I didn't realize they closed at 6pm until I pulled up. 6pm isn't even late enough for some people to get home from work...frustrating.Staples is now my go-to! I could just get my own printer but then I miss out on all the fun "how tf am I going to print this" panic I experience 3-4x per yearJust wanted to share how appreciative I am of Mary's kindness! “Update: the postmaster called me and apologized about my experience. Between her and the other employees they worked hard to correct things and I've had zero issues since. As humans we will make mistakes, but what matters is how they accept responsibility and take feedback as a learning experience. And they sure did! Thank you!!!
I cannot believe how atrocious this post office is. Never had issues until recently. They used to leave packages on our porch but refuse to now and when we go to pick them up from them which is wildly inconvenient for us they have no idea where the package is or what happened to it. They shove packages into our mailbox and destroy them. I used to be a big supporter of USPS but the Lyons post office provides the worst experience and I am at a loss for what to do going forward with getting packages.”
“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”
