“Was traveling and lost track of the level. When I got back it was below10%, called and delivery scheduled for next the week. By then I was down to single digits and the big snow dump happened closing the highway. It was then going to be a week after that for rescheduled delivery. I called and pleaded my case (at 2% in the tank) and managed to get moved up a day. Made all the diference. Point is Ferrell came through. Thanks.May want to consider a hot shot service of 50 or 100 gallons using a different truck than the normal fleet that would have better turnarounds for emergencies.”
