“8/4/25- new review. I would like to add that the employees that worked today were so incredibly amazing. My pup has passed away a couple days ago and it was my first day off from brand new hi on so I had been pushing my emotions down really far. I thought getting out today to run couple errands would help and it prob wasn't the best idea. I had a crying meltdown in the store and your team was so incredibly compassionate. Helpful and patient. They didn't deserve any of that but they handled it with so much compassion and professionalism.
Also, Jude was great a few months ago when I came in. He went above and beyond that day just like your team today went above and beyond. I'm truly grateful for all
I came in today to use the computer to print out some pictures of my email and was having a hard time. Jepia came over and was so helpful and was showing me how to do it but basically did it for me. Great customer service and so friendly with a big smile on her face. Thanks Jepia for all your help”
“I am always impressed with this store! Very efficient and very helpful. I was in the other day and was informed I needed a separate box to place two items in rather than sending them separately. And the owner was extremely kind in assisting me with taking care of it rather than needing to return after getting a box or purchasing a box. “I'm so grateful that The Shipping Depot exists as an alternative to the always-terrible UPS stores in Evergreen, Conifer, and Littleton. I was trying to send a laptop back to my employer in the original packaging with a pre-paid label, and the UPS store in Evergreen wanted to charge me for a piece of tape and told me I'd also need to purchase another box. The Shipping Depot is a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. They assured me the packaging was fine and even gave me a piece of tape. It's sad that the UPS store sets the bar so low, but I'll just go straight to the Shipping Depot from now on.”

“Such a nice post office and a great postmaster! She was super helpful, fast and informative! I was 45 minutes early to my passport appointment. Thankfully, she was not busy, and was able to get me in and out in 5 minutes! The postmaster also told me to hold onto my 2nd passport photo just in case god forbid my passport get lost or stolen. This is to make retrieving that passport easy!”
