The United States Postal Service location receives reviews highlighting both significant strengths and notable problems. Many customers describe the personnel as exceptionally sweet, helpful, kind, friendly, and relaxed, creating the friendliest environment and the happiest experience when compared to other postal locations. Staff are noted for taking claims seriously, resolving issues the same day, and being clearly dedicated to helping. However, significant operational issues are consistently reported. These include a very long line, often due to a broken automated letter machine that is not available elsewhere. A major negative is the failure to deliver packages, with parcels marked as delivered but not actually arriving, resulting in lost mail. Customer service channels are problematic, as the location refuses to answer its phone and the call centers are described as an absolute nightmare, leaving customers with no confidence. While some problems are eventually resolved by helpful staff, the experience can feel like a waste of time and the extent of available customer service is frequently questioned.
Frank is the best! Cool, calm, and collected taking my finger prints for the FBI. Even working all by himself and 20 people waiting! Frank deserves a raise and a promotion!

Kathy W. Is the best deliverer! Thank you for always checking for outgoing mail even if there is nothing to deliver. You are very appreciated!

This post office compared to the one one on coal mine is like Shangri-La-- they actually had some air conditioning going. The Man behind the counter was very friendly and efficient. He does right by the American people, and I'm going to guess that he's a new American himself, and for all these things I'm grateful!
