“We got some Wills notarized here for $15 per signature and $10 extra for witnesses they provided. It was fast and easy. No appointment, just walked in. We only needed a couple signatures but it could get pricey if there were more. We went to the bank first to get other signatures we needed for free but they wouldn’t do Wills. Glad to finally get that off the todo list. They were friendly as well. Would definitely come back.”
“I am always impressed with this store! Very efficient and very helpful. I was in the other day and was informed I needed a separate box to place two items in rather than sending them separately. And the owner was extremely kind in assisting me with taking care of it rather than needing to return after getting a box or purchasing a box. “Tivoli (her name) works here and is the reason we got our Expedited passports in time. She was so helpful, we didn’t realize our children’s passport’s expired. I could get a morning appointment within 2 days, it’s a small but easy to find USPS off E470, she made photocopies for us, passport photos can be taken here, made a money order for us (these services were priced as reasonable as getting them anywhere else and saved us a return trip when kids were pulled from school and parents from work). Tivoli had the proper form available and helped ensure we filled it out properly.
Even with her personal attention we done in 30 min (time allotted appointment). We are grateful for her customer service and will return here to renew our adult passports when due (children passport 5 years, adult passport 10 years).”
“Today, the manager at the Golden Colorado UPS, Betty Fuller, helped me avoid paying for Quantum Fiber equipment I had shipped in early March. I needed the tracking number for the shipment but had discarded the shipment receipt I received when I dropped the package off. At first Beverly tried to find the tracking number by going thru their database but the query had resulted in 45 pages of potential tracking numbers. When Quantum Fiber customer service could not provide any additional assistance towards finding the tracking number including their own corporate account number, she tried another way to query the database using my name. She found the record I needed which listed the tracking number, the date my package was delivered to Quantum Fiber, and the name of the employee who signed for my package. Her quick thinking saved me $600. I am grateful for her help and advocacy!”

“I'm so grateful that The Shipping Depot exists as an alternative to the always-terrible UPS stores in Evergreen, Conifer, and Littleton. I was trying to send a laptop back to my employer in the original packaging with a pre-paid label, and the UPS store in Evergreen wanted to charge me for a piece of tape and told me I'd also need to purchase another box. The Shipping Depot is a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. They assured me the packaging was fine and even gave me a piece of tape. It's sad that the UPS store sets the bar so low, but I'll just go straight to the Shipping Depot from now on.”

“Honestly, I was surprised by all of the negative reviews. I've lived in the area for 4 years and this is the closest UPS/Amazon return store and I have NEVER had a problem with them in all that time. The first time I had an Amazon return that required being in a box (I hadn't noticed that while was setting up my return) one of the ladies kindly educated me that I always need to watch how Amazon tells me to package my return). That was very helpful information for me. No, they are not overly smiley, but I believe that is because they are always concentrating on doing a good job for all of their customers, and perhaps it is a cultural thing. I have never found them to be rude. One reviewer was incensed because they wouldn't supply tape for the customer to secure their box, having done a poor job of it at home...well, neither will the US Post Office! This is a small business that is efficiently run, and I appreciate their presence in the community so I don't have to drive all the way down to Golden. Thank you Evergreen UPS staff!”
“We have been visiting this post office many times and always service has been nice and very friendly. That's why I don't understand some bad reviews about their rude service. We never experienced that! Location is also excellent in downtown Golden.”

“I am keeping the 5 stars as USPS only accepts the applications—the actual processing of documents is done by the U.S. Dept of State.
I was; however, very disappointed that our original documents were returned to us folded, which is UNACCEPTABLE as they were official documents.
You do need an appointment to apply for your passport but, aside from the document issue, the process was very smooth.
Shout-out to Tami! She was incredibly kind and helpful. The office was empty when we arrived, but she came out immediately after we rang the bell. No waiting at all!
? Tip: Bring your completed form and copies of your documents. We also brought our passport photo, though I believe photos can be taken there as well.
Tami handled all payments, so we didn’t have to wait in line to purchase a money order.
We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Overall, it was a positive experience.”
“Had an excellent experience there a few days ago with the customer service desk attendant, William. He was excellent. He saved me some money and got it done quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
And the problem of the packages not getting delivered in Evergreen? Those are handled by the Golden office. The folks at USPS Evergreen have no control over that. I had to go to Golden USPS and they made suggestions but nothing changed.”
“Passport office was really friendly. Alicia was top notch took care of me and my son in no time very accommodating. My other son came in a week earlier and I screwed up his appt by not clicking something and she helped him through the whole process and even accommodated the incorrect Money Order amount.
Even though she has windows, the door could use replacing and Alicia needs a substantial raise!”
