“I'm giving this 5-stars, with some caveats. The convenience, hours, location, and especially the customer service was spot on. Can't say enough how great and professional the service was. However, charging $16 for USPS 2-day priority mail while the USPS office charges $9.65 is a serious profit mark-up. Granted, it was convenient, but if you have multiple 2-day priority mailings you might instead want to just plan ahead of time and go to the US Post Office and save the 40% mark-up fee.”

“It is hard to believe that I have never updated this review in a decade! I used to use this location a lot more than now. I have my own simple copier now and need fewer office supplies of the types that they carry. They have always been helpful for any needs I had. For many years, they were a very reasonable price for Ground Shipping services. They are still my first choice for reliability for super fast deliveries. Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much.Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers. Parking in this now underutilized shopping center is easy, even with mountains of snow this year still piled up but far from the stores,”

“This store just helped me get my tracking numbers after the location I sent the packages to did absolutely nothing. After speaking to this other store, I was under the impression that my packages were lost forever without the tracking number. An employee at this location found the numbers for me in 15 minutes. Very thankful, and the employees at this store have always been extremely helpful to me.”

“Pak Mail will pack up whatever it is you need to ship and give you several options for delivery services. They'll even take donated packing material (like bubble wrap), which I absolutely hate throwing away. And ever since they put in the new computer system you just give them your phone number to get all your tracking numbers sent automatically by email, which makes everything even more convenient. Judd helped me today and he was fantastic. So great to have a friendly, trustworthy, local shipping place!”
