“Everything that we've bought from Scaff Brothers has been amazing. The Cantaloupe Salsa has a very unique tastiness. The various levels of Carolina Reaper Salsa are all very good, and I'm excited to try the Level 9 when it's back in stock. The queso, the pickled items, and everything else is delicious, as well.The White Haired Gentleman (who might be either Bob or Ron) is/was also exceptionally friendly and polite. My mother and I visited the shop in 2020 but Ron wasn't there so he sent us to a local flea market when we called. He was so sweet to help us with directions, especially as we'd never been to La Junta before then. My mother just visited again this week and Ron was just as friendly to her and got her very large family order squared away.Scaff Brothers is now definitely a required stop whenever we go through La Junta. The owners are friendly and polite, the prices are more than fair, and the products are worth driving in circles in a strange town for thirty minutes because you don't have stable enough internet for Google Maps, lol.”

“Lucky me, I had the pleasure of running out of petrol in Loaf'NJug's town. Out of the 4 people pumping gas, the majority of interactions featured full names and questions about their family. In the employee's service, that same small town grace was extended to me, a foreigner. This gas station a picture is of what America should be.”

“The clerk, Deanna, (I hope I got that right) helped me when an issue came up at the gas pump. She didn’t hesitate or make me feel inept, she just helped. Good old-fashioned customer service. Can’t beat it!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by an awesome associate today in the La Junta store. Anthony Trujillo began with a joyful smile and offered to help me without my even asking. He was so cheerful and also knowledgeable, directing me right to the products I was looking for. I usually find it fairly difficult even to find an associate to help me. And when I finally do, I've rarely gotten the feeling that they were happy to do so. Anthony seems like he genuinely enjoys his job and values the customers who make it possible.
Two things: 1. Other associates might do well to follow Anthony's excellent customer service example. 2. Walmart powers that be - please consider giving this stellar employee a raise!”
