“I moved from California in 2020 and I chose this bank knowing nothing about them. I have had an absolutely excellent relationship with the personnel in the office. I have had to get foreign currency which was amazingly easy and timely. I have had a couple of issues with my own accounting which both times an acount member went over and above to assist me in getting my account straightened out. John is the last person to help me and he was so kind in his dealings with my error. He listened to how a made the error and gave advice on how to correct it. He followed up with me to be certain everything was corrected. I am so blessed to have found this excellent bank and the exemplary employees.”

We spent quite a bit of time there getting his accounts in order, and the staff took great care of him and treated him as a friend. The regional director of the bank even came to my dad's funeral. They genuinely cared about my dad while he was here.Now that my dad is gone, I have started banking with them. I trust them with my finances and my future. I would definitely recommend them again, especially this particular branch in Greeley. They feel like a local bank with how deeply they care about their community.”
