“I was forced to change my email address because of my University-Alumnus policy. Anyway, I figured I needed to write a review in case my prior review was void. I've been a member with Clinica Family Health and Wellness for over 3.5 years+ I'm having an extremely hard time processing some of these scathing reviews. Frankly, I think the overwhelming majority of negative reviews are based on singular interaction and written in an emotionally irrational state. I've had an overwhelmingly exceptional experience with this facility. The nurses work tirelessly to accommodate patients and I've always been treated with respect, dignity and kindness (Lisa is the GOAT). I'm writing this because I strongly disagree with the negative reviews and feel my opinion needs to be voiced. Perhaps, I cannot speculate on other departments, but at least regarding therapy and psychiatric treatment, Cinica (formerly MHP) has done more for me in just shy of four years than Kaiser has in 20 + years. Unlike KP, I don't feel rushed and my opinion matters. Although, I'm not quite where I want to be in life, one, that's on me and two, Clinica has irrefutably provided the fundamental resources that have eliminated past, unhealthy behaviors and mindset. I don't think its hyperbolic to say they've saved my life. Again, I want to reiterate I may not be privy to departments outside of psychiatry and therapeutic care, but I find the avg. rating to be a travesty, and frankly, wildly inaccurate. That is far from a fair assessment in my opinion. Has every interaction with staff been positive every time? Obviously not. Is having that mindset and standard INSANE? Probably. Anyway, patients that have received exceptional mental health care treatment with Clinica deserve to have their voice heard. Apologies for the long rant/review, but anything less than this glowing review would be a monumental disservice to the staff and organization as a whole! Keep up the stellar work! 👏🏽”
