We went into Mattress Firm and had the pleasure to meet Christi. She was awesome! She answered all of our questions and helped us find the right mattress and base. She also matched prices so we could get the perfect price. I can’t say enough about Christi. She texted me back and forth regarding multiple questions I kept throwing at her. She was always so friendly, curious and so very helpful. I highly recommended shopping this store and asking for Christ.”

“Greg was amazing. I showed up 4 min before they closed for a mantel and felt pretty awful about that and Greg did nothing but make sure I was taken care of. He didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like a burden. He straightened the surfaces for free the next morning and it was ready for pickup at 9 am when he opened back up. He seemed genuinely impressed by my project and wanted to converse about it. What a great experience! Yes the wood isn’t cheap but it’s also a billion times better that what they have at Home Depot or Lowe’s (I checked both before coming here) for what I was doing. LOOK HOW LOVELY THIS IS). “Visited this store twice. first time just to browse. Sales people were not pushy or nosey, asked if we needed help, offered assistance and left us to browse - we appreciated that. Second time went in to make decisions, tried a few recliners on our own, the same sales lady assisted us the second time. knowledgeable of products, materials and options. Provided good ideas for if we liked this recliner we probably will like that sofa sort of thing. ended up buying a recliner and a sofa. Would recommend.”

“Oh my goodness! Been a good long while since I had such great customer service that I felt compelled to write a review!!! I ordered the Holfred dresser and one of the legs had a small split in the wood, after calling and speaking to Kevin the store manager he was happy to provide a replacement leg and personally delivered it to my house with my nightstand which had been ordered later. He had already worked a full shift but came when was most convenient for me and I am so grateful and impressed! Most people don’t go above and beyond like this for their customers anymore. I don’t need anymore furniture but if I do or know someone that does I know where I’m sending them!!!”

“I've used a standing desk from Caribou Office since November 2020. I have to say, the quality is excellent, the customer service is top notch, and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. I was a little hesitant purchasing from them at first because they didn't have many reviews at the time, but I scheduled a time to go in and look at their desks and all my worries went away. First, you're supporting a local business with your purchase. Second, you're buying the exact same, if not better, quality as many of those companies online at a fraction of the cost. Third, they'll deliver it for you for free (if you're local!).The only downside is that you do have to drill the holes yourself if you set it up yourself. It took me about 90 minutes to line everything up and feel comfortable that I was doing it correctly. They will do set-up for a small-ish fee though.Altogether, a great experience and I'd recommend a stand-up desk from them!”
