“Has a very large selection of items, with free delivery to site, and at a convenient location. Leaves a lot to be desired in terms of the number of cash registers open. Although as of June 2024 this Walmart has vastly expanded their number self checkouts . On the other hand this location handles Black Friday much better than a lot of other places, as organized as can be given the circumstances. Employers are helpful and kind as well.”

“Very comfortable at this store. My only complaint is that the floor is full of employees who do not speak english. They are not helpful. Should have a English speaking team member with them or at least a translation app on their phones.”

“I want to share my wonderful customer service experience with Charlene and Susan at the Lafayette Kohls. They were busy working and I asked them a question about a particular dress in a particular size and Charlene looked it up and said it was only available on line and she found the item number for me and then walked me though (which took some time!) how to order it correctly on line!! She was so nice and also very professional as was Susan! It is extremely rare to have this level of customer service anywhere! Thank you Charlene and Susan! Cathy H.”
