Metro by T-Mobile provides good and helpful customer service, with kind and bilingual staff. Service is described as awesome and beyond. However, the store can have very annoying wait times when only one employee is present, leading to long delays for bill payments. Customers appreciate the helpful assistance but note the store needs more employees to manage both sales and payments efficiently.
Good service especially by a gentleman named Allexandro very helpful and kind even charged my fone for me a couple times customer service beyond.
