The ladies that work there are absolutely fabulous. It took us nearly two hours to figure out my account information from my old carrier and she did a wonderful job explaining the reason/reasons for the delay, deals and every other question I had. Wonderful staff wonderful service. I couldn’t be happier switching for the first time. They also have a surprisingly good selection of accessories like Bluetooth speakers, chargers, glass screen protectors and phone cases.”

“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”
